Shipping Policy

At Moving With Three, we keep it transparent so you know exactly when to expect your order.

📦 Processing & Fulfillment

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after our inventory shipment arrives at our facility.
Our bulk shipment typically takes 2–3 weeks to arrive after the preorder window closes. As soon as it arrives, we begin fulfilling orders in the order they were received.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Local Pickup (Tallahassee & Orlando)'

Eligibility: Local pickup is available only for customers in Tallahassee or Orlando.
Current Availability: As of August 22, local pickup will only be available in Tallahassee.
Orlando pickup dates/locations will be announced soon.

How it Works:

Select Local Pickup at checkout (if you’re in Tallahassee/Orlando).
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email/text with the pickup address and time window (Tallahassee location will be near campus).
Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Pickup Window:

Please pick up within seven calendar days of your notification. After that, your order may be converted to standard shipping and a shipping fee will be invoiced.

🔁 Changes & Issues

If you need to switch from Local Pickup to Shipping (or vice versa), reply to your confirmation email promptly and we’ll do our best to accommodate before fulfillment begins.
